    Perfect Berlin Hotel

    Just finished a stay at Pestana Berlin. Perfect hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood. Location is excellent for most things and only a short cab ride or bus ride away. The zoo being walking distance. Room was immaculately cleaned everyday and no issues at all. Staff were friendly and accomodating especially at breakfast which had great choice. The pool and sauna was especially good after a long day walking and this was quiet in the evening and very clean.     Excellent Hotel in Berlin

    My wife and I have just spent an excellent 4 day stay on an B&B basisOur room 407 was ample for our short stay and the bathroom and shower area was largeOnly criticism of the room was the pillows which had no substance and were too softBreakfast daily was buffet style with a good choice for all - the restaurant had 2 coffee machines and unfortunately on 2 of the days one was out of order which led to queues.Hotel was very clean and staff on reception were very friendlyWe used the Hotel bar each evening after long days visiting the sights of BerlinWe had pre booked tickets for the Hop on hop off bus for 2 of the days with the nearest stop only 5 minutes walk from the Hotel and on another day walked back from the Brandenburg Gate which took 30 mins through Tiergarten parkWe ate out locally every night with our choices being Italian Indian & Vietnamese and our walks to them were between 5-20 minsAn excellent base in a modern Hotel to explore Berlin.     Great location, the hotel is 2 mins walk from the bus stop and 15 mins walk from the main market area.The breakfast had plenty of options and the team was very attentive.     We had a 3-night short break at the hotel Pestana and found it met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good with a wide choice. It’s located a little way out from the centre but there are good transport links with the No.200 bus just outside and the Zoo Sbhan station a 10-15mins walk away. There are cafes and bars nearby and the Tiergarten park, which is great to walk through to get to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate etc; approx 30-40mins.     Recently stayed at the Pestana Tiergarten hotel in Berlin. The hotel is modern and overall very nice. We stayed in the premium balcony view room and it was worth it. The view was incredible and having our own balcony meant we could enjoy the view even more. The room was spacious and for the most part comfortable. The bed was pretty hard and not comfortable to sleep in however this may suit others. The room looked clean at first glance however I doubt it has had a deep clean in a while. Parts of the room were dusty and the floor definitely hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast was lovely, a great selection and it was refilled regularly throughout the morning. Even going down to breakfast late you still had a decent choice. Staff at the hotel couldn't be any nicer, always polite and friendly. Overall happy with my stay here and would come back.
