    Good location, reasonable cost, pleasant staff. Handy for the U Bahn.Easy to get to from the airport.Within walking distance of Ka De We department store etc.

    Great location for designer label shopping as all of the major fashion houses from Gucci to Dior have retail shops on the same road as the hotel to the left and the right. Shopaholics paradide. Top class Italian, French, Asian, and German fine dinning restaurants, bars and clubs in the local area. Friendly staff, comfy bed, safe in room and good buffet breakfast to enjoy.     Best Western Plus Plaza Berlin Kurfuerstendamm is located in the Kurfurstendamm area of Berlin, and is conveniently close to both the S-train station of Savignyplatz and the U-bahn station of Uhlandstrasse (although at the time of my visit U1 trains were running sparsely).I had a very good room facing the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet even if the insulation from outside noise was not perfect.My room was large, with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Free wi-fi in the room worked very well.Room cleaning was by request: by default the room was not cleaned, you need to hang a cleaning request tag outside the door before 6:00 am if you want your room to be cleaned that day. Breakfast was very good, and staff were helpful.

    Understaffed - Poor Bar Service

    Only one person at reception, which is also the bar. All I wanted was a beer. The receptionist was apparently the bar tender but they insisted on checking in everyone before serving me at the bar (which shares the same space as the reception desk). After waiting for 15 minutes and being constantly ignored, I gave up and went elsewhere. If you have a bar, have a bartender. Otherwise, don’t bother.

    A bit worn and torn. Room too cold and the a/c did not work properly. So we couldnt adjust. Elevators a bit erractic and old. Breakfast too expensive in our view so we did not opt for that. Plenty of cafes around. Location ok. Close to KaDeWe and the ”Gedächtnis kirche”
