    Does the sleep guarantee apply in Germany?

    Room was clean and bed comfortable. No safe, no air conditioning. It was so hot in Berlin during our stay the heat in the room was unbearable and totally prevented sleep. The room temperature gauge right down to 10 and blowing out hot air. Couldn’t open a window more than an inch and our room overlooked bin and parking area which was very noisy. Other guests were noisy as well which didn’t help. Limited facilities and didn’t bother with breakfast as expensive compared to other restaurants around the hotel area. It is in nice location though and very close to the zoo left that’s your thing. We stayed 5 nights and I can honestly say I have never been so tired as I was at the end if the stay. With the exception of one member of staff, the rest gave the impression of really can’t be bothered. Collecting our bags I stood at reception for what seemed like an eternity whilst they chatted and blatantly ignored me. Not the usual premier inn standard at all.

    Great hotel, in easy reach of lots of tourist sites

    I didn't know that Premier Inns existed outside of the UK! This was an excellent find for us. The staff were friendly and all we spoke to spoke very good English. The room was (Premier Inn Plus) was very good, if a little smaller than we normally expect. This was not a problem to us. The walk-in shower door was a little weird, but again, not a problem.There was a good bar. The breakfast dining area was bright and cheerful and offered the all you can eat deal from the buffet you might expect. The food available was not the same as in the UK - more German of course. I enjoyed bacon, sausage, beans etc. but more so the cold meats and cheeses and some really good breads and pastries.As the prime reason for our Berlin visit was to see the Pandas in the Zoo, this Premier Inn was perfectly placed being a 9 minute walk to the entrance. There was also plenty of local bus stops where we could get to the main tourist destinations easily enough on Berlins excellent bus system.We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as there were so many places nearby to eat at.Overall; an enjoyable stay with no problems and we will definitely use this hotel again.

    Great experience with the Berlin city centre Premier inn, clean, comfortable. Room 222 was perfect and quiet. Massive thanks to the 2 Alex's and Frederika for awesome customer service and warm vibes, anything you needed they were more than happy to help. Will be coming back again for another shot of Jaeger!

    Usual high standard of cleanliness about 400 meters from tube station 500 meters to a bus stop good breakfast but expensive.

    Good value, decent rooms and great breakfast. But the rooms at the front of the hotel face quite a busy road and it's a bit noisy. Location is great for access to transport and the staff are friendly. Try and book a room at the rear and it would be better.
