    the good points were friendly reception staff, and comfortable good quality beds and bedding, the bad points, I tried their restaurant once for breakfast it's Buffett style but everything was cold we were in a room overlooking McDonalds which was noisy and seems to be open 23 hours a day yes 23 hours it's not a typo. also be advised if you want touristy area of Berlin it's a bus and underground train ride of about 45 minutes to Alexander plats

    Definitely like this place.Pros: The room & toilet were decent; the bed sheet was also hypoallergenic. The facilities were pretty okay. Very friendly and helpful staff who especially helped us a lot with borrowing the shared fridge. We will absolutely stay there again if we visit Berlin in the future, and we highly recommend others to do the same.Cons: Breakfast wasn't included in the price. A lot of people were smoking at the entrance. Very expensive parking garage for 12 EUR per day, while you can just park outside/nearby for free.

    Was shirt trip so I choice this hotel which it was very good hotel in location cleaning and overlook all is 100% short distance to near shoppingReally recommend if family or business or even with friends

    It was ok, cozy but a little bit too old fashioned for my taste. They should definitely improve in a better customer service. Breakfast was fine but the last day the juice expending machines were empty. It was very warm, which is quite good for the winter. It was a nice experience after all.

    I stayed here because everything else was booked for the Berlin Marathon. The location was a bit farther out from the city center than I wanted, but the hotel itself met all of my needs. The staff was very helpful and took care of our needs to the best of their abilities. The breakfast looked superior to most hotel breakfasts, though I was unable to partake due to food allergies they couldn't accommodate. Our room was very clean, even to the point of being able to use the floor without feeling yucky.
