Location

The hotel has a modern ambience and an ideal location in the heart of Berlin, between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz, close to the zoo. Facility

4 junior suites, 10 suites, 12 single rooms and 357 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, 383 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and aerobics.     Don’t leave the hotel without the experience of a massage here!!

    I went to the Zoi massage Centre at the Pullmann Hotel and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Efi did my massage for me and I have to admit she had magic fingers. I was barely walking before the massage and she somehow fixed my back issues and I feel so much better. I have already booked in again for this Friday as I enjoyed it so much!!     mediocre 4*. Definitely NOT 5*! Poor price/value….

    It is DEFINITELY not a 5 star hotel. A normal 4 stars TOPS. Rooms - dated, with scratched beds and paint falling of the ceelings in the toilet. Beds - wobbling (but mattresses and beds are are very comfy!!!Rooms are very hot at night . You need to turn the AC on but if you do it is laud as hell! So it is a choice between feeling hot or using your earplugs….Spa/pool - nice! But showers not working in the saunas and even if you go to the dressing cabins the showers do not have cold water…… Breakfasts - for a 5* hotel very basic… everything is there but definitely some ultra processed , cut into small pieces and fried sausages are not a 5* service.Parking - i am not taking this into consideration when rating (as many of Berlin hotel parkkngs are also super “tight”) but bear in mind that it is very tough to manuever especially with longer or bigger vehicles.Staff - super niceGeneral “upkeep” of the rooms - poorCleanliness - fairPrice to value - VERY poorAll in all - if you really look for a 5* quality- choose a different hotel….     We found this a superb hotel in a convenient location. Close to shops, bars and good public transport links. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable.
