    Great stay, lovely staff, very clean and great location for the main attractions.My only niggle was the aircon situation which only kicks in when it’s 18 degrees or higher outside but what it doesn’t take into account is the temperature inside the room which was uncomfortable. The management team moved us into a different room which made a difference and we were very grateful for this. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

    6/5 stars, staff were all very friendly and tremendously helpful during our short stay. They offered a baby bed for our 1 year old, and the girl working the counter came to the room and helped set it up.Very genuine hard working people, who made our stay very positive. The spa facilities are so nice, perfect way to settle down after a day in the city. Morning buffet was excellent, room was nice and clean. Surprisingly low level of noise (6th floor), our daughter had no problem sleeping through.Thank you 😊

    Friendly front desk. Small hotel. The room is ok, I wasn't into the design. It's an open shower/sink design - I'd prefer a shower area with walls. The breakfast is not worth the 20euros. There's cafes and other breakfast options nearby. Good location, near good transit to shopping area. Overall ok hotel but there are many other hotels in the area.

    Fantastic customer service! I was in Berlin for work with an international theater company AND my kids and mom. The staff at Hotel Q went out of their way to take care of each and every one of us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The breakfast is great, rooms are nice, and the staff are helpful and caring.

    If there were 10 stars, I would give them to Hotel Q!. Everything was exemplary. The staff are all well informed, super efficient and welcoming. The quirky rooms are comfortable and cleverly designed. Breakfast was a treat. I loved everything about this hotel and was sad to leave.
