This charming hotel is ideally located in a side street off Kurfürstendamm at the heart of Berlin. It is just a short distance to a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues and the Zoo train station is a short 5-minute walk away.

The hotel has 133 rooms, including 7 single rooms and 38 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     A Pink Pillow, Queer Friendly & Shopping Centric Gem

    Occasionally, you walk into a hotel and just fall in love. This was one of those moments.As a queer visitor, staying at a hotel that promotes the Pink Pillow Berlin Collection was paramount for my safety and wellbeing. Also, it's flauntacious, it's gorgeous, and the decor is a feast for the senses.The breakfast is an absolute treat of variety with gluten-free options and all your proteins.Cabanas for the sunny days! A lush garden with birdhouses and ample chair space – I mean, I truly felt spoilt.The rooms, see for yourself, are artistic and spacious, both practical and extremely comfortable with pillows you can dissolve into.You’re in one of our favourite neighbourhoods in Berlin here, in the Ku’damm – or Kurfürstendamm – area of the Charlottenburg district. It’s probably most well known for its shopping scene, including KaDeWe shopping complex, one of Europe’s largest department stores, in addition to the gay bars of the city being a mere 10-minute walk away and the gorgeous park. You will love it!Obsessed.     Great base for LYKN concert at the stadium

    hotelApril 2026The hotel was lovely, clean and easy to navigate to! Parking was ample and the hotel had a decent breakfast in the mornings! My daughter Was thrilled that the cooks made scrambled eggs just for her even though it’s ok on the buffet, but she wanted fresh eggs! Same for me they made fried eggs! Reception were always super friendly. The room was modern and chic and had all the amenities I needed. The lift was small but never seemed hard to call or crowded! The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft with linen covers! All in all a great deal for a few nights! Particularly mention the Hotel Manager Katja who was always available for my questions and even spoke to me on arrival!     A nice hotel but skip breakfast

    This hotel is ideally situated with great transport links very close by. Also, many shops and restaurants.We had booked a twin room by mistake but reception quickly and easily changed this. The hotel room is a good space however the bathroom is small. I couldn’t get out of the shower on our first morning as I didn’t realise the door can’t be pushed outwards just pulled in!!! The house keeping team randomly never threw away or removed our dirty glasses /empty bottles even though we left them by the bin. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 was the breakfast. It’s really not very good. On our first morning we arrived 8.30am the “hot food” was all cold. I pointed this out. 2nd morning they had no bacon so I asked for more I was then served a plate of raw bacon!Last morning I tried to get the toaster to toast without burning - I gave up. There are lots of staff but they just stand in the entrance talking there is no service. When asked anything they look very unsure! If you can’t do hot food - don’t offer it!!! Very disappointing and not worth the added money. My final comment is on checking out there were lots of staff again around the reception desk it almost felt intimidating. There def needs to be more training on customer experience.
