Facility

5 suites, 10 apartments, 24 single rooms and 167 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Stay in this nasty hotel, got attacked by mosquitos while in bed, that was a nasty sewage smell in the toilet, when I told thee hotel, all they said its the time of year, told them I need to be compensated, they more or less told me to clear off, do not stay at this hotel, I’m sure there are far better options in Berlin. I’ve attached pictures of how I was the next morning after staying there.

    Good points - the room has a safe for storing valuables, the bathroom is clean, room is tidy, good location for touristy stuff, close to transport, most of the staff are friendly Not so good points - no cleaning or making beds or changing crockery each day, no daily replenishing of stock (tea bags, toilet paper etc), not many restaurants nearby, no after hours charm in the area, no air conditioning in the rooms - we went downstairs around midnight to enquire as the room had reached around 26 degrees C and we couldn’t make the air conditioning work to be told it is only for heating and only in winter months, only one bottle of water per room per stay - ie one person one night gets one bottle, 2 people for 7 nights get one bottle, bed is uncomfortable, pillows are large and lumpy - they feel like they have been filled with lumps of wet newspaper. Not sure where 4 star rating came from but should be more like 2 stars. Overpriced for what you get.

    Perfect spot for the snooker

    Stayed 2 nights going to the snooker extravaganza in the Tempodrom. Ideal location for the Tempodrom and right beside the metro. Hotel is clean, spacious and rooms are good. No complaints, especially for a very budget price. Would return again.

    I think it’s hard to find this hotel to be 4 stars. It’s more of a 3 star hotel which is fine. The location is good. Very close to transport links. I booked a double room and was given a twin, we did have to ask to have a double which they did accommodate, but felt like a hassle. The room itself is okay, we had a fridge which was helpful. The pillows were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. It was a giant square flat thing? Really odd. Bathroom and room in general could have been cleaner if I’m honest. It wasn’t the cleanest at all. The hotel itself is quiet and the lobby/ reception was clean though. Overall it was an alright stay, but I would have had lower expectations if it was a 3 star

    This is one of the hotels with the most impolite people I´ve ever seen. When I asked for a converter for my chargers, the man that was behind the counter said literally "it is your problem". This happened in the service industry. I am here for business for a week, definitely going to change hotels asap. Olaf Dierich, Sonstige at Relexa Hotel Stuttgarter Hof, responded to this review thank you for your review. We have different converter for chargerss in our office - but not for all kind brands. you asked our night audit - to find a solution. pls understand - that it is not possible to organize this during the night.
