This hotel is located in a popular area just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Berlin. It is ideal for business travellers as well as families.

The hotel was modernised in 2022. The hotel has a lift and features 75 rooms, including 7 single rooms and 59 double rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms.     Dated but still not bad!

    Was here for business, but this hotel seems to be more aimed at the older generation. Very dated, 90s decor , however it was very clean , very friendly staff , great breakfast good location for Messe Berlin. A kettle and more amenities in the room ( shampoo, body lotion etc) would’ve been nice. No gym

    The good things are that the location is good for the Western part of the city, next to a lake and may rooms with lakeviews plus a nice restaurant terrace and the bed was comfortable. Nice staff mostly. But the furniture is dated, heavy and my armchair actually had a hole in the fabric. Carpets come heavily patterned and the shower is in the bathtub. Very little amenities in the bath, only shower gel/shampoo from a wall container. Main issue is the WiFi, had to work for some of the time and ended up buying mobile data as I could not even do a single Teams meeting (not even without video) without interruptions and bad audio. Supposedly ‚we are working on it‘ but during the four days I was there there was no improvement. Have never had WiFi this bad in a city hotel. Will probably not choose this hotel again.

    Pretty bleak but walking distance from the Olympic Stadium

    My son and I stayed in room 445 (a “Double Room, Lake View (Air Conditioning)”) for one night in July 2024.Rating: 4/10Positives:• The ability to walk to and from an event at the Olympic Stadium without having to compete with tens of thousands of fans to use the U- or S-Bahn was much appreciated• My boy and I killed some time outdoors at the nice riverside restaurant attached to the hotel which did up some good pilsner and wursts on a summer afternoon!Negatives:• I'm not sure what price point these rooms normally go for but for the night of the Euro final, it was quite expensive• The surrounding area looked pretty bleak – I'd much rather stay closer to the center of town• Our room was dingy and tiny but did have a nice view of the river

    Lovely place to stay, calm and peaceful breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake. Bus stop close by had 3 nights for Berlin Lollapalooza. A little outside the city centre, great staff will stay again 100%

    BEWARE.!! Theft of jewelry at this hotel is real!

    Our stay became the worst, when we discovered that housekeeping or some staff person stole two very valuable rings from our suite located on the 8th floor. And these rings were tucked away in a private bag buried within our suitcase, not easily found. I cant believe that this hotel has an unethical thief or thieves on their payroll. My thoroughly described situation and experience to hotel administration was responded to by an apology and to inform me that, that is why they have safes in each room and are not liable for anything, (of course this is boiler plate language on their part), and they went on to say that the housekeeper who cleaned our room “has been working reliably in our hotel for several years” quote unquote from their rooms division manager…but the fact is ( and I let them know this after this response) that three different people cleaned our room in the 4 days 3 nights we stayed in the room. They also state that no proof can ever be provided that they were stolen. Very unfortunate and very troubling that a thief or thieves are under their employment at this Hotel. Be cautioned. We do not recommend this Hotel and highly recommend you stay away. Far away We stay in many hotels across the country, and we work with large social media influencers and rate hotels across the world online and this will most assuredly become a highly negative mark on this hotel. Why they do not care to be concerned that this has happened and will potentially keep happening by an employee or contract employee/s they have service their hotel guests is beyond comprehension. I repeat Beware of the thieves at this Hotel
