    Very good location, friendly staff. We even got a small breakfast even it wasnt outspoken in the offer. Even touristtax was included from the bookingsite and all together our feeling at Sorat was generous and wellcoming. Great hotel and we love to come back.     Good location, decent standard room, enormous TV with so many channels, but sadly no safe and no fridge. Was a strange noise issue in the room wall when I checked in, staff seemed unaware of the cause, tried a different room but it had the same noise, probably some initial aircon activation, the noise stopped after 10 minutes and never returned, but I did not see any aitcon controls in the room, so it was strange. Since it occurred in the alternative room as well but was never heard again after your departure, the cause remains a bit of a Berlin urban myth. Perhaps it was a technical device that didn't quite see eye-to-eye with our system for a moment – we honestly still don't know for sure. Regarding the safe and fridge: these features are actually not part of the package in our Classic and Pure room category – we have to pass on that one. If you value these extras for your next visit, we highly recommend our Pure Plus category, where these amenities are definitely on board. A little tip: Book directly through our website.     Very nice hotel. Amazing location and close to Zoo Berlin. Very friendly staff. Clean and very nice room.     Nice big room and bathroom. The bed is fine although one can sence the springs in the madras. Coffee, tea and glasses avalibale.
