This stylish hotel is situated in a quiet location, close to the southern ring of the A10 and lies just 20 km from Berlin and 30 km from Potsdam. The hotel was modernised in 2020. A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 270 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge).     Way below expectations comparing to Van der Valk standards. Not recommended.

    Poor interior, depressing roomstyle and noisy rooms as windows do not lock properly. In general room was noisy from hall and neighbours. Food is average way below Van der Valk chain standards.     This hotel is a good location if you need to be close to the airport. Although I was not in a renovated room it still worked. there is plenty of space in the hotel room including the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I love the breakfast -- plenty of space and fully stocked all morning. Also enjoy the terrace dining which has good food and drink.     Very Nice hotel, with very friendly staff, efficcient and polite.Good swimming pool, and peacefull garden.Try fish and chips, at the hotel bar. Delicious!

    The hotel staff really looked after us on our recent stay and were very friendly and professional. The desk staff were extremely helpful and helped us re-book rooms, without a drama, when we were stranded in Berlin with the recent Global IT outage had grounded and cancelled our flights, twice.Excellent Hotel and fantastic staff

    It is a good hotel, at a correct price in the Berlin area which is not so frequent. Very close to the highway but no noises. The hotel becomes a little old but it is largely sufficient for a halt during summer vacation. Good Italian restaurant. Classic, not unforgettable breakfast.
