We have come here for years, but the place is losing value. Every year, there has been a little less service, while prices have been going up. Specifically, all the extra charges now applying (we brought our dog) have been a disappointment.

+Nice hotel. Stayed in 417 4th floor. Good space and fantastic view over the trees in the park. Sunny balcony until 18 afternoon. Good bed. Kitchen can be used bringing own equipment. Easy connected to mitte. Working environment seems ok. -Bad inside clima atmosphere in the room. Very hot roomtemperatur without having windows/balconydoor open. Damp after showering. Disappointing beakfast offer, including coffe, but nice outside/Backyard aerea to eat breakfast. No furnished balcony. Got no information about the closed restaurant before we got there. Having Windows/balcony door open at night due to bad inside ventilation entailed pretty much nightlife sound, also from park partys.Booked via Secret Escape. It was not as expected.

Superb place to stay. Recommend it. Excellent location and a nice room

Very pleasant service and nice atmosphere not too far away from Alexanderplatz. We had a cozy 3rd floor room with a shower. The location is very calm area. No resturant or supermarkets nearby, at least 10 mins. Walking distance. It is clean hotel but very old furniture. Some rooms with closed door of old furniture, so always feeling something hidden. No refrigerator , no saving box are available inside the room. The bellows is very soft, not easy to be used and no hard bellows or medical ones.The front desk are friendly and helpful.
