Set just a short walk from the Franz Nuemann U Bahn, we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. And only 20 mins from Alexanderplatz on U8 so an ideal base for visiting the city centre. 24/7 helpful reception and generally 4 star facilities despite 3 star rating. Good place to stay for short business trips

Good place, safe neighbour hood. Easy access to Central city.Hotel staffs are good. Cleanliness good.Amneties are good.Except buffet breakfast. Monotonous menu, not much items. Only suitable for europeans and not for asian. Hotel OK, check in and nightly parking a nightmare.

I was VERY unhappy. Arrived at 1 am after a LOOONG day. Parking: horrible. Check-in was a nightmare, possibly the worst I had on the tour. Fell asleep - to be woken by the front desk guy asking if he could charge my credit card. At 2 pm. Come on. The card was charged days later, brutally overcharged. Awful Experience !

What an awful experience!!! I booked a room for a friend who checked in at 9pm, and had to until almost 1am to be allocated a room. It is an absolute disgrace. When checking in he was told there was no room for him, even though we had received an email from the hotel about the booking. After a lengthy telephone call with the front desk, they finally confirmed they had found the booking, but still made the guest wait THREE HOURS before being given a room on the 6th floor. Me and my partner for two nights and we were really happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and the bar was good. The hotel itself was about a 20 minute drive from the centre and has some good surrounding bars and restaurants.
