  The hotel did not live up to expectations. The staff wasn’t friendly. The standard room is modern and clean, but lacks a mini fridge and the TV is the size of a computer screen. The WiFi in the room is so bad as to be not useable. The “fitness” center is the size of a closet with only three machines (one treadmill, one bike, and one other cardio machine; no weights or other equipment of any kind). And the sauna was not working when we were there. Instead, we offer a much wider range of chilled drinks and snacks in our maxi bar, which is available to all guests around the clock in the hotel lobby.We communicate the facilities available in our fitness corner transparently. We are happy to take your suggestions for improvements in order to enhance what we can offer in the space available to us. For guests who are looking for a comprehensive range of fitness facilities, we are happy to recommend a nearby gym that offers day passes, for example.Luckily, we were able to fix the sauna within 24 hours. Guests who were affected on that day received appropriate compensation.If you notice anything during your stay, such as problems with the Wi-Fi, please let our 24-hour reception know.   Hotel has perfect location: zoo, Klimahaus, museum are just a few steps away.Rooms with the view on the water are amazing. It is very clean with coffee/tea maker in the room. You have all essentials in the bathroom. If you pay the breakfast in the restaurant you will not regret it. The hotel has sauna. Maybe in the future they could include massage.

  We make reservation to this hotel and send message that we traveling with two dogs. After cancellation period hotel send message that we have to make reservations for two rooms (one per dog) and this pdf information:"Our ATLANTIC Hotel Sail City is a dog-friendly hotel and we are pleased that you have chosen our establishment for your stay! We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends together with you in selected rooms upon request.In order for everyone to feel equally comfortable in our hotel, we ask you to kindly observe the following house rules:• It is not allowed to keep more than one dog in the room at a time.Our hotel can only accommodate a limited number of animals at one time.• Your dog must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel, including in the entrance area and on the driveway.• In your room:Your four-legged friend may spend the night on the dog blanket provided by the hotelor in a dog bed you bring with you. Our hotel beds are off limits for dogs.Please use your own towels from home to dry your dog.   Very good for a "maritime" holiday

  Excellent architecture, excellent view. You can feel as on a big ship, with "maritime views", naval museum and zoo with arctic/antarctic animals at walking distance (apes and kiwi birds are added), pretty rooms (not luxury, but suggesting a large cabine on a ship. Very good view from the platform, from the restaurant...   Great location and the interesting design of a hotel

  We loved the location with a great view of the Weser River and a pleasant corniche to walk. There are also klimahaus and a sea zoo next to a hotel. Great Parking option provided by a hotel for approx 10 Euro per 24-hour. We had a lovely room with a great view. Fantastic breakfast and all the staff. Mediocre gym.
