In need of a refresh - but beautiful location.

Fairly basic accommodation in the heart of Bremen, but very close to some beautiful landmarks and incredible restaurants. Fairly tired looking facilities (carpeting / lobby etc.) could certainly use an update, but the rooms themselves are functional & well maintained - limited facilities on site, but plenty nearby.Parking is non-existent at the premises themselves, and there is extremely limited (and time managed) street parking. Overnight parking is available down the street at the Radisson, but I would advise if you value A). your heart, B). your wallet & C). your Car's paintwork, that you avoid it if you're driving anything above a small car, and don't want to spend a small fortune (appx. $40 EUR for overnight). Avoid the breakfast team
12 Dec 2025
The restaurant chief (French big guy?) was a total disaster. He was chasing us what we eat or take in our plates from the buffet. Besides, on our third day, he sent a small white restaurant staff lady to our table and asked if we had given our room number or not. Yes, we did the answer. But this was too rude, especially when I had given notice to the reservation people that this was our 30th anniversary. You ruined it all.!!! Christina Dinklage, Gästeservice/Empfang at H+ Hotel Bremen, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very sorry to read that your impression of our breakfast service was a negative one and that it affected such a special occasion as your 30th anniversary. Please allow us to clarify that our restaurant colleague did not intend to appear rude or unwelcoming. He only politely pointed out that, in accordance with our house policy, food from the breakfast buffet may not be taken away. If this was perceived as unpleasant or intrusive, we sincerely apologize.Likewise, asking for the room number is a standard and necessary procedure during breakfast service to ensure correct allocation. We regret if this inquiry came across as inappropriate or insensitive. We deeply regret that these circumstances resulted in an unpleasant memory during your anniversary stay. This was certainly not our intention. Please accept our sincere apologies, and allow us to extend our belated best wishes to you on your 30th anniversary. We would appreciate the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with the pleasant and attentive service our guests usually expect from us.Kind regards,Your H-Hotels Team,Christina Dinklage – Online Reputation Manager
