Nice quiet hotel

A nice, quiet hotel just a short journey from the railway station by bus (around 15 minutes), frequent service, even on a Sunday and bus stop to the City is outside the grounds on the hotel and one from the City is just over the road, there is a crossing point just further down as well. Good sized single room with very large bed. Very clean and tidy. Friendly reception staff. Only downside for me was there was shower in the bathroom rather than a bath. Only good part was the breakfast

This hotel was very much ok, and quite underwhelming. The wifi didn't work for ages, the water pressure on the 6th floor was basically nothing, and when water flowed out it was brown. I don't know what is going on with their sewage system. Spent a few days visiting Bremen with my husband and two kids. Found out about this hotel through ‘Hummel- reisen.de. They offered a special deal with a complementary drink and a free bus day pass per person. The staff was friendly, rooms large and clean and the breakfast buffet which was included in the price was fantastic! Hotel is about 12 minutes from the town center.

The staff was not good in English. It was a veery long checking in. When we finally came to the room it had not been cleaned. It was dirty towls, bed linen and hair in the bath. We complained and got a new room, and two sodas for the trouble. I think they could have done a bit more, maybe free breakfast or something, needed to move everything to a new room and the staff was trying to tell it was the systems fault or something and had been a lot of troubles that day. The bed was a bit hard, internett was not very good. Elevatour was a bit unsteady and parking wad at a fee for 6 euro. I think my experience dont want me to go back. If they had been more customer friendly in the situation, then maybe.

The hotel was ok, but nothing more. Our friends game to a used room that was dirty, but They got a new room right away. We got a very clean and nice room. The wifi was also very slow. The check in was very slow, and they did not understand much english. So overall it was an ok hotel for a short stay. Also the rooms were not sound isolated at ALL. (These pictures are from after we used it)
