    A brilliant location, right in the middle of a busy square. Walking distance from the main station. Great customer service and a beautiful room. Cleanliness was A+ and value was standard for the area.

    Beautifully clean and spacious hotel. The room was airy and it had air-conditioning, which was a bonus.. tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was a mixture of continental and English.. the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We will be coming back.     Great location with very close access to bars and restaurants. That being said, can be a little noisy at night especially if you leave windows open. Overall very clean with a good courteous staff. Also a nice, reasonable breakfast on site in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.     I wouldn’t say this hotel is 4 star, but it’s a very solid 3. Pros - great location, nice staff, can chromecast tv. , room is very comfortable. Cons - we only got water on day 1, the towels were small and our cups/tea cups were not replaced.     Lovely Hotel With Even Lovelier Staff

    Lovely hotel and perfectly located to explore Cologne by foot. Extremely courteous desk staff. Clean, well appointed room with a beautiful view of the square. Only very minor complaint would be the pillow is square and flat. I’d rather a fluffy pillow than a flat one that needs to be folded over. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
