    This is a Scam. The rooms we received do not correspond in any way to the category we reserved and paid for. They clearly do not match the photos and descripción adverised. 5 rooms, we are in a business travel, and 3 hours waiting for a solution in the reception. No rest. We have written a formal complaining but the recepcionist denies to sign it. (Her boss told her not to sign) see the real pictures below.

    This was a terrible experience. I woke up just after going to bed because I felt something crawling on me. I turned on the light and the bed was covered in ants, they were all over the desk, table and bed. They were on my jacket and in my luggage. I went downstairs and they did give me another room, the key didn’t work so I had to haul my luggage back around the hotel to get them to fix the card. They did not tell me how to find the new room and I wandered around at midnight with my luggage for 20 minutes. The hotel did not give me any discount for the room and said there was nothing they could do about it - this was a totally unacceptable response. They comped one drink I had at the bar. This is a health and safety issue in my mind and this will be reported. Very disappointing,

    Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, location is ideal, rooms are clean and we'll maintained but lack amenities like kettle and vasic tea coffee. Also the internet wasn't working at all on the first floor and when contacted they didn't do anything about it.

    Good location nearby the railway station and the city center. Quiet rooms nice shower and good breakfast. If you wise you can use the bar in the restaurant, with is olsa very nice. with nice staff.

    Stunning hotel! Great value for money in the center of Cologne. I will definitely recommend it and come back if the opportunity arises.
