  Be careful

  we were due to stay here in march. Our flights were cancelled the day before due to Covid-19. we notified this hotel immediately that we would be unable to travel. Not only have they not replied to any emails, but they kept our money, refusing any kind of refund and telling the booking company we used when they managed to get them,..that we completed our stay.

  We booked this hotel due to it's proximity to a concert we were attending and in that respect it was ideal. But it is in the middle of nowhere, on an industrial estate, with no shops, bars or restaurants nearby and your own transport is essential. The hotel is arranged around a court yard, on one side are the bedrooms, the other is the reception and breakfast room and then an events room which is not owned by the hotel. The rooms are large, modern, comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. There are vending machines in reception with drinks and snacks otherwise there isn't anywhere to even get a coffee, and no facilities in the room. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss, buffet style but a bit of a strange mixture. The hotel staff were very pleasant though.

  Good rooms with space enough for two persons and room was clean. Avarege breakfast but ok. Location is far away, you should have a car. Close to the hotel there is bakery. We booked it just before trade show and we had no more choice - I can recommend this hotel but as in title you must have a car.

  Location of Hotel is ideal for Business Visits. The Hotel serve Indian Cuisine and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Overall... a Value for Money Hotel.MUST BE 1ST CHOISE

  Booked this hotel as we were attending a concert nearby. It’s in a very secluded location on the outskirts of Cologne - no shops or restaurants nearby at all and the hotel only has a vending machine so eat a proper meal before coming in for the night! It takes about 15 mins by train to get from Cologne central station to the nearby Niehl station, then a 7min walk to the hotel (its quite a secluded walk so bear this in mind if travelling alone) we bought a 2day train pass from the travel information centre at Cologne central for €19 each (but not one person checked for our ticket!)Hotel is very modern, nice reception area and the staff are so helpful and polite. Free WIFI is provided which we thought was good. We booked the deluxe room, it was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. Reasons for not giving it 5stars:No tea/coffee making facilities Two single beds with single duvets Main reason isn’t the hotels fault, but really affected our second nights sleep - there is an event venue attached to the hotel, with the hotel rooms looking out over the entrance and courtyard. On night one there was no event and the area was tranquil and quiet. The second night (we had an early flight so tried to go to bed early) there was a wedding reception on and it was SO loud. The music was pumping until 1am, plus the noise from drunken guests out in the courtyard until the very early hours. Even with the windows shut we hardly got any sleep. Perhaps the hotel could warn guests, or offer a room on the other side.
