    Peaceful Stay After a Long Journey

    We decided it was best to stay here after travelling for hours—we really needed a rest break. I was a bit worried about staying somewhere overnight because we’ve had a few bad experiences in the past, but this place completely changed that. It was so quiet, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also had breakfast in the morning, which was a great way to start the day. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!     Awful non-profesionnal staff. They are not taking their job seriously.Invoice needed several corrections. Information are not said. 8.50€ 2 croissants, one juice and a coffee and one banana.Website out-dated. Do not go there as there are better hotels.     The staff are so unfriendly and felt like an inconvenience. Appauling service. The Management need to review their people skills. The rooms are actually ok but need to train staff on hospitality and customer service techniques. Would suggest a lot of training here.     Shocking hotel. This hotel is terrible the service is rotten, the breakfast, dry stone like rolls. Little food put out for guests. When asking for things you are treated like an inconvenience.     Terrible staff ... Unfriendly and rude, poor communication and arrogant attitudes. No flexibility. No Christmas spirit. Do not advise. Worst hotel I have stayed in.
