Located right by the Rhine River and nestled between the picturesque Siebengebirge mountain range and the Rhine Valley, the hotel is just 3 minutes from the A59 motorway. The University of Bonn is 3 km from the hotel and it is a 15-minute drive from Bonn city centre and Cologne/Bonn Airport.

    Disappointing Check-In Experience

    My arrival experience at this hotel was disappointing. When I reached the check-in desk, I had to wait a long time, not because there was a queue, but because the only employee present was on the phone. When I indicated that I wanted to check in, I was told, “It’s a difficult phone call.”I understand that difficult calls sometimes happen, but it is not appropriate to handle them in front of waiting guests while leaving them unattended. Eventually, another employee was asked to check me in while the first employee remained on the phone. I found this unprofessional and impolite.This was not a pleasant welcome, and I hope the hotel learns from this criticism and improves its customer service.

    Absolutely the most horrible and horrendous experience I have ever had in a hotel. Nothing works. Absolutely nothing works! They had to change our room as the hot water didn’t work and they said they would change the room the next day! But guess what, they didn’t even write it in their system! So no change. Horrendous and horrific experience!!!!

    Great hotel for business travel. The hotel infrastructure is new, clean and efficient with elegant decor. Bar and meeting area are spacious. A variety of dining g venues are offered at the hotel. The spa was lacklustre; way too small for the number of guests lined up to use the saunas and hammam. The hotel is just a little too far to enjoy a walk into Bonn city centre; a vehicle or public transport are required. Bonn itself is a worthwhile visit.

    The biggest scam ever!

    From start to end, this was the most exhausting experience, me and my family had to endure! They lied about EVERYTHING! The staff were so rude, you would think they're paying us to stay there!! The service is so bad, that a gust ordered a juice and it took them close to half an hour to bring it! The rooms are in terrible conditions and nothing works properly in them! We were told that they would would refund the deposit, which was €250 on chick-out, then they said in 3 days! It's been 8 days and we still haven't received it yet! I wouldn't recommend this terrible hotel to anyone and would suggest that they cease business, as the people in charge have no business in operating such establishment!

    Perfect Hotel for a short business or tourism trip

    I have been 3 nights in this Hotel in front of Rhine river in Bonn for a business trip. The room is large and confortable. The service is a good quality and there is plenty of space for any business need. Internet connectivity is very good. A nice walk on a river side is relaxing and suggested. In general a good location as for business as for tourism around Bonn.
