    UNDER RENNOVATIONS, NO HOT WATER!!

    9/11/2025 NO HOT WATER!!! Beware!! 8th floor rooms are nice but it’s useless if you cannot freshen up. Staff is nice but cannot help in this situation apparently.

    Best hotel in Leverkusen, newly renovated rooms, great service

    Ones a year, I visit the Leverkusen area and doing so since 2011. Over those years, I have stayed many times in this hotel. It used to be a branded member of the Best Western group. Now it is a newly renovated Delta hotel. Delta hotels are part of the Marriott group-branding which is participating in the Marriott Bonvoy travel program. On some websites you’ll see this hotel under the name LEOSO. However, it is the same hotel that recently has undergone extensive renovation. The new comfort, superior or deluxe rooms are completely renovated. This time I stayed in a comfort room (see pictures).Each room comes with individual adjustable air conditioning, a small refrigerator, safe, NESCAFÉ coffee maker and plenty of space to sit, work and stretch out to watch TV. The power outlets are equipped with lightning sockets and can charge mobile devices directly. The hotel provides NESCAFÉ pods, tea and water in those rooms.The bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower or bathtub. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided. The hotel staff is and has always been outstanding! The receptionists are very friendly, professional and helpful. The room service stuff-members are lovely and making sure to refill coffee pods, tea bags and bottled water. The cleaning personnel is doing a great job and making sure to freshen up the rooms daily.Delta By Marriott in Leverkusen is my favorite hotel in the area and I highly recommend it.

    Great hotel that is being renovated at the moment. We had a booking disaster in cologne and we were forced to go to Leverkusen but it was a blessing in disguise. Rooms were brand new and the place was clean and quiet with great wifi. The staff were very accommodating and the rate not too bad considering it was peak season. Also it is very close to the station and to the shopping centre so meals are sorted as well as transport into cologne and the exhibition.

    Room was in a poor condition. Carpets very badly stained, curtains torn, bathroom sink badly marked, etc. The fridge didnt work (was fixed the next day), the coffee machine didnt work and after reporting each day for 3 days, l unplugged it in day 4 and took it to reception and asked for a replacement. I got it, but no coffee. When l asked about this, was advised to come to reception each day and l would be given one coffee pod each day! Room cleaners never touched used cups or glasses, just left them inside.Incidentally, the photo against this hotel is NOT a room in the Leoso, but in fact a newly refurbished room in the Mariott section, which costs considerably more than the already overpriced Leoso!Should have believed the reviews!

    I stayed at the hotel with a load of football teams to play in the Bayern Leverkusen Walking Foot ball tournament. It was well placed near all the facilities and very conveniently near the Train station The hotel was having extensive renovations at the time but did not IN convince us to much It was comfortable clean and relaxing enough and fitted purpose.I lost my phone whilst there and had to return home to the UK without it The hotel found it and went out their way to return it to me which i was so grateful for. Thanks
