    Zero flexibility, unprofessional, avoid at all cost!!!

    We booked at Lindner Hotel Cologne am Dom (April 2026) via Booking.com.Due to the war in Israel and suspended flights, we couldn’t travel. Despite this force majeure situation, the hotel refused any flexibility or cancellation.Their response included irrelevant political remarks instead of a reasonable solution. We strongly warn future travelers: do not expect fairness, professionalism, or support in unexpected situations.

    We had a reservation at Lindner Hotel Cologne am Dom (April 2026) booked via Booking.com.Due to the ongoing war in Israel and the complete suspension of flights, we were unable to travel. Despite this clear force majeure situation, the hotel refused any flexibility or cancellation without charge.Their response was not only unhelpful but also included irrelevant political remarks, completely ignoring a reasonable customer request.Based on this experience, we strongly warn future travelers: do not expect even basic decency, fairness, or professionalism here. If unexpected circumstances arise, this hotel will offer no understanding or support.

    Great location, close to Station, Dom and shopping streets.Very friendly staff.Rooms big enough. Didn't like the shower in bathroom though. It's a shower head in a bath tub.     Great location, close to the station, Dom and shopping street.Big enough room. Kettle, teas and coffee available in room as well.Didn't like the shower in the bathroom though. It's a shower head in a bath tub. The breakfast was mighty. Really was lookin forward to it on our second morning. Staff at reception and in the restaurant very friendly and helpful.
