  Hotel is in a great location , front of house were very friendly and helpful. I booked 4 rooms with single beds, all beds were doubles, rooms were very small but very clean , bathroom was very clean , one of the lifts was not working lots of stairs not suitable for someone with limited mobility.There was no bar or communal area so as a group we couldn't gather together except at breakfast, having said that reception did allow us use the breakfast area which we used and returned to it's breakfast setting.tgis was excellent customer service.Breakfast was busy on the weekend but that was to be expected , lots of options for a cold buffet and well stocked , coffee was very good but some of the breakfast staff were not very pleasant , fighting with guests to move off the tables , we asked for extra coffee and was questioned on whether we needed it . Over all I probably would stay again but only there was nothing else available .

  Have to say after reading the reviews I was not very optimistic.But it was nothing like it. From start to finish we experienced nothing like reviews.Front desk staff were so helpful. We had 4 rooms booked all clean and bathrooms same. Some flooring need updating.Buffet breakfast had plenty options.Would stay here again

  UNSAFE FOR CHILDREN....avoid....

  Possibly the WORST hotel me and my family have ever stayed at.....where do I start. After we checked in we chose to climb the stairs as the lift looks like it would breakdown in any given time... the stairs where coated in a thick layer of grime, clearly the cleaner can't be bothered to clean here and the walls are splattered with suspicious stains. When we approached our floor the glass panel was smashed and covered with tape.it was at this point I had lost all hope. Entering the room all fears came true. A truly disgusting tired, dirty room greeted us. Now let me get this straight.... this room was UNSAFE for children. Thankfully my daughter is of an age where she knows not to touch anything and could be trusted, however if I was a mother by myself with a younger child I would have left immediately. The tired dirty sofa bed had been opened up under the window. Bearing in mind a child could climb on said sofa bed reach for the handle, open the window and CLIMB right out and fall down the fire exit. This is a massive breach of health and safety. If your child doesn't kill themselves through the open window then beware of the wires nestled right by their bed which are hanging from a broken ariel socket, which would then explain why the tv doesn't work. The pillows felt like sleeping on a used cotton ball and clearly hadn't been changed in years and the towels were so scratchy and stiff they almost stood up by themselves. If you do manage to mind comfort in the mismatched double bed then bring ear defenders as the lift shift and plumbing will likely keep you awake, not to mention the 35 degree tropical heat....because after all who wants the window open when your child could plunge to their death. Breakfast was equally awful but at this point I'd given up all hope. No English breakfast tea and no offer of any pastries....just VERY hard bread and cold meat and cheese if you like that kind of thing. I would have complained at the desk but after getting a sarcastic girl on the desk the day before I just couldn't be bothered. I'd be absolutely embarrassed to work here. If you like to stay in a dump then this is your calling.

  Cancellation rejected inhumane

  We were unable to cancel our reservation that I had made as a surprise for my mother, who has unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer. I don't know what else to say other than that out of 10 of my calls, 3 were answered only to tell me they could not refund me.The level of inhumanity to not make an exception for this case, is truly astonishing.

  Convenient location with dozens of restaurants, kiosks, supermarkets a few meters in every direction. Breakfast is typical German, which I like. Simple. Toilet bowls do need more cleaning but other than that, no complaints.
