  Worst Hotel Experience Ever

  That was my worst esperience ever. No cleaning of the room as I stated 3 days long. Even I put the clean my room sign, I think they thought it ‘do not disturb’. The interior is super dirty and very very old. Carpets, walls, curtains extremely dirty. Staff partly trying to help but I can see that they are also aware of the situation. There is no air condition and the vantilator make very annoying noise. If you are looking for a water by the reception, they need to find the key of the old locked dirty fridge. Everything is very very very old and dirty. Words are even not enough to describe.   One of the reception staff is a thief they go through your Luggage and steel

  The employees are thieves They steal from your Luggage. Do not leave your luggage with the staff in the front office. While staying at the hotel I extended my trip. I was required to change rooms. The new room was not available so my luggage was held in their secure office. When I came back in the afternoon to check in to the new room I discovered the employees had stolen my passport and my wallet The workers in the front office are thieves are called the police and filed an official complaint. Do not stay here. Do not let them look after your luggage. Someone in their front office is a thief.   Hotel just a couple of minutes walk from Cologne Hauptbahnhof and easy walking distance from the Markets. Well appointed, clean, room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. friendly and helpful at Reception. Didn't book breakfast, but restaurant area looked welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.   Though the furniture in the room could use some refreshing, this hotel was a good value for the price. Excellent staff, working elevator, clean and tidy room, and excellent location. I’m a budget traveler and would stay here again.   This was a nice hotel. A few minor hickups, like Alfredo coffee but showing it off as Nespresso. Another thing was the promised parking space. I had no room and had to search for a parking space to park my van. This costed me another 40 euro which I thought you would look for as a kind of service.
