Poor Hotel
21 Jun 2024
Our room was never cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. We had to go to reception every night to get clean towels. No restaurant or bar. No Coffee or tea making facilities in room! Miles from anywhere, where we needed trams and trains. The price is ok but it would work out cheaper to be in the actual bigger towns or cities. David Hein, Sonstige at ACHAT Hotel Darmstadt Griesheim, responded to this review Dear Guest, thank you for choosing our property. Due to sustainability, we are happy to offer room cleaning in all of our Achat Hotels at any time upon request. We have several signs about this in the hotel. So this review is not fair from your side! Please talk to us about this during your stay, as this is the only way we can help you. We Hope you had a safe trip home. We would be happy to convince you of our service on another occasion. Kind regards, David Hein & team

Staff was very helpful. Room and bathroom was clean. Location was good and just a few minutes ride from the airport. Hotel is close to the road and accesible to the train but we still had a good sleep. Had a nice stay with my family. I highly recommend it. OK hotel
21 Aug 2021
Booked this hotel just to spend the night halfway our trip home. Nice staff and close to the highway.Restaurant was closed, but there are some restaurants nearby so we went to the Greek one a little walk from the hotel. Our room was not cleaned, so without a problem we got another, but that one was also not cleaned yet. The third room was OK so we took that one.The bed was really soft and the room was right next to the road, but it was OK. David Hein, Sonstige at ACHAT Hotel Darmstadt Griesheim, responded to this review Dear MartinManuel, thank you very much for taking your time to send us your feedback about your hotel stay, this is very important to us. It is nice that you spent a pleasant stay in our house. The restaurant in our hotel building is closed on tuesdays, so it's nice that you enjoyed it in another restaurant in the vicinity. Since you arrived a little earlier, our rooms were not all cleaned. We are pleased that you were able to move into your clean room at an early stage. We are looking forward to welcome you back to our house very soon. Until then, we remain with best regards, David Hein and your entire team from the ACHAT Hotel Darmstadt Griesheim

I can only recommend this one if you need to stay around. Nice and clean place, lives up to 4 stars hotel. Rooms are tidy, and above average. It is cool for staying, and better than most of the 4 stars hotels around.
