Housekeeping Problem
11 Dec 2025
The room was not cleaned during stay at the hotel. They only changed the towels occasionally.I would not consider staying there again. The hotel has its own parking lot, and they charge for that too. Hotel Manager, Owner at Days Inn by Wyndham Dortmund West, responded to this review Dear Alex,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short in some areas. While we aim to maintain high standards through daily housekeeping services, we regret any oversight in cleaning routines during your stay. Our parking facilities are designed to ensure guest convenience, though we understand your perspective on the associated charges. We hope to see you again for a more enjoyable experience.Best wishes,Ihr Team vom Days Inn Dortmund West

Business travel with dog. Stayed for two nights. Excellent staff. Yummy breakfast. Very pet-friendly hotel. Absolute value for money. Location is nothing fancy, but not far from nature and close to attractiomns like Zeche Zollern.

If it’s sleep you want, don’t go here
28 Jun 2018
The rooms are in a very poor state, only one out of 4 lamps in our room had a lightbulb. You can hear everything from the other rooms through the walls, and especially from the hallway. No air con and loads of noice from the parking lot behind the building. Will not be staying there again. Ina S, Manager at Days Inn by Wyndham Dortmund West, responded to this review Dear guest Anna L, thank you for taking time to issue your valuation. We know that we still have some technical challenges and we try to go step by step in modernizing our hotel. For the noise I have to apologize. Best regards, your hotel manager.

Small clean room and even smaller bathroom.
05 Dec 2017
Room and bathroom were very small but clean. Bathroom is extremely out of date and needs to be updated.
