    Excellent stay at this hotel with a very good welcome from Sander who can only be described as perfect in his role with a very appreciated welcome drink. The room was very good with a good view and breakfast was fine too.

    Book the Hotel via booking com.It is cheaper as if you book it immediately at the hotel« Stammkunden » are treated as if they come for the first time!: need to show their passport, entering again all their credentials as if they were there for the first time, etc This gives a « strange » feeling!!! Not personalized!

    I stayed here with friends over the weekend and as my first stay in a Garden Inn and it was very pleasant.You can see the hotel is brand new, the reception team was very nice and helpful, and the check/in-out process was very smooth and fast.The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was was you'd expect with different choice of cheese/meat hot food and good french pastries.The area around the hotel is brand new with a great lake you can walk around, and the nearest train station (U-ban) is 5min away.If you want to visit Dortmund for a few days I would recommend this Hotel. Ask for a room with view of the back as it is very quiet and nice view 😉

    The hotel feels very new and everything is of a high standard. A welcome beer as a diamond member was very well received on each of my 2 stays during the Euros. The hotel is well situated with lots of restaurants nearby. The metro station is a short walk to central Dortmund in 10 mins or so. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, and as a vegan I appreciated the vegan meatballs in particular. Car park is just across the road and very secure.

    good hotel to stay. location is good. food is also ok and the rooms are spacious. only for room cleaning you need to inform one day in advance. 400 m walking distance from metro station. nearby grocery shop is available. staff is also very cheerful and supportive
