    Overpriced hotel more looking nice in pictures with old style marble. Only two towels in 4 nights room not cleaned at all. Dusty room and common areas. The only plus is the bathroom looked new. Other than that it’s a pass! More decent hotels than this.

    The hotel has an impressive, almost royal entrance and makes a very good first impression upon arrival. The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. I slept well.A major downside is the bathroom. There was no bath mat, which increases the risk of slipping when stepping out of the bath, especially since there is no handhold or support. In addition, the toilet is positioned directly next to the bathtub and gets in the way, making it difficult to get in and out of the bath. When stepping out, you almost step into the toilet. There were also only two towels provided, which is insufficient.Furthermore, there was no refrigerator in the room.Another negative point is that late in the evening there was knocking on the door, and when checked, no one was outside. There was also banging on the wall.Overall, the stay was pleasant in terms of cleanliness and sleeping comfort, but the bathroom layout, lack of towels, and these disturbances make the stay less comfortable.

    Great hotel !!! Fairly big rooms, modern bathroom and very very clean !!!The bed was huge!!! We had a great sleep.The car park is underground snd it costs around 16 EUROS.There is no air con in the rooms so it can be a problem during very hot days. However there were two fans provided in the rooms. There is also no fridge. The kettle is provided with tea and coffee. The hotel is centrally located near a busy road. Again it can be a problem for some but it did not bother us.Overall great stay!!!!

    The hall and staircase look very chique, with all the marble. We even took pictures there. But the rooms were not luxurious at all. Yes, it was spacious. Bathroom even had 2 sinks. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in the centre, near shops and restaurants. But there was a lot of noise from the road. Pillow was very thin. Curtains did not fit the windows. A bottle of water in the room, but it wasn't clear you had to pay for it. The hotel is probably trying to have critical reviews removed. Posted a review elsewhere, and after many months received an email that the review was deleted because of a complaint. Sad.

    Pleased it was just the one night I stayed. Miserable customer service and soulless. There was also the eerie experience of the lights in the corridors being off whenever I left my room - when they would then go on - doubtless to save energy but over the top.On the upside, my room was large and clean (though my colleague reported differently), it was good value and central.
