    Beautiful…. We use this hotel for work sometimes as the rooms feature our beautiful Keuco product in the bathrooms. It’s great for our customers to be able to use them personally. Rooms are beautiful, staff are great and the food is lovely! Only thing missing here for me is a gym! Beautiful spa area though! Looking forward to staying again soon.     Unbelievably green and full of oxygen.

    It is a very nice hotel and very clean. I like the bath , very spacious rooms and a green surrounding to walk .the stuff was very helpful and check in & check out was very quick. The breakfast was also to our taste and well enough. Hope to stay longer next time.     Disappointing at that price

    Hotel is nice, modern. Rooms are clean and nice. The price is top end. I had a suite with sauna and paid close to €400 a night. The location is good and quiet.What was very disappointing was the staff and service. I want to emphasise that I believe it’s a management issue and not really a staff issue.Hotel is understaffed and everything feels rushed and not welcoming.Nobody helped with luggage. Staff asked me to take a trolly myself. I wanted to order room service and they didn’t want to do it and also told me they had no staff to bring the food to the room. When I complained and the lady realised that I am in a suite, she said OK, I try to manage to bring you a sausage which she did.When she delivered the food to the room she said: “especially for you and I hope I earned a credit from you now”. What a stupid comment to make.I blame the management for this mismatch of actually quality of the Hotel facilities, price and poor service.I heard a number of guests also complaining about the service.     Amazing views over Iserlohn

    The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, and there are wonderful trails to walk and bike, right by Lake Seilersee. A short walk downhill and there is a miniature golf course and a playground for kids and a restaurant with inside and outside seating. The staff speaks English and German, and are very welcoming. 5 stars!!
