    I have to admit that the only good thing about this hotel, is the staff, did I say staff, when we arrived 8 of which have driven in a convoy from the South West of the U.K., that they have ONLY one member of staff working, her name was Carlotta Kronessen, she had to do the booking in, sort out various problems from internet, to laundry, toilet paper, answer the phone, serve the bar, book in people for the garage, help with parking and she had worked all day. So personally I would give her 5 stars, but the company 1 star , it’s been extremely difficult and busy evening for her, but more importantly I wish that the owners appreciate their staff and give her a bonus which she rightly deserve, as you can understand 8 males who have driven for 9 hours plus, needed a reasonable amount of beer as well.So thank you Carlotta for all your help and patience.

    The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the railway station. There is a Lidl store not far from the hotel. Having checked into the hotel and entering the room, I was surprised that the washbasin was not in the bathroom, but simply in the room next to the door. The room is small, there is a TV. There is little light in the room. I really liked the breakfast. Wide selection of food and drinks.

    Highly recommended! Central location just few minutes away from prime tourist attractions of Dresden. Excellent value of money. We stayed in family room with kitchen, specious enough for 4 adults. 2 TVs. Free sparkling water (2 bottles) on arrival, soap and shampoo are available in dispersers. No safety box. Good variety for breakfast, there is even a special kids corner with kids plates and cups, juices, candies etc. Free underground hotel parking.

    Booked last minute. Parking was available but we had a van so it was difficult. The hotel is fine but the smoking outside the front door was very off putting. It was convenient and probably quite fairly priced. Overall it was all we needed.
