The hotel has 122 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge).     No kettle in the room plus air con. Breakfast was not bad no evening meal have to go out. Bottles of water you have to get at reception

    Wunderschönes Ort zu besuchen. Hotel is neben der Bushaltestelle und in Dresden darf Mann für 9€ überall in der Stadt reisen für 24std!We had booked a Family room which was Spacious for me and my kids but really basic. The Hotel had a Free parking space and the Breakfast was okay but really expensive. I loved visiting Dresden because of the many wonderful people I had the pleasure of meeting. Sofar Dresden has been the City with one of the most helpful, Friendly people I have ever met in Germany. The city has really rich culture and I could not get enough of the Altstadt! Every corner of the City Dresden there was something to look at! I loved it and I would highly recommend a visit to Dresden City!! It’s good for the soul.I can’t say much about the hotel because it served its purpose it wasn’t really impressive. It was just a room with a bed and a sleeping couch 🤷🏾‍♀️, like I said breakfast was basic and really expensive but it’s situated about 20mins from the City so that was really nice.

    Very good and cosy hotel! Nice and clean room, equipped with everything you could need.Two things that could be improved: please, change the pillows, they are terrible; and also don't charge for the coffee in the room - it is indeed bad practice.Everything else ir perfect and I would recommend this hotel for everyone, who does not need to stay in the center of Dresden.     The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Atilio and his colleague at reception went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offer was extensive and dinner was tasty. The chef cooked a special kid friendly meal for my son and gluten-free for my mum. The booking included a City ticket which made it easy to get around Dresden. We very much enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dresden.

    Staying 1 night with family in 2 rooms. Lobby and rooms are clean and tidy. The staffs could be more welcoming with smiling. Services is limited. The restaurant for the group tour located in another small building next to the main building. The food and drink provided is limited . A bit disappointed.
