The hotel was modernised in 2020. 85 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the for a fee garage or the for a fee car park. Other services include room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service (for a fee). A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. Events such as conferences, symposia, lectures etc., but also simple day-to-day business, can easily be arranged with the help of the secretarial service and the conference service. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 7 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a heating stove ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A television with satellite and pay-per-view channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.     The hotel is new, nice and clean. It's a little far from Altstadt, you have to walk to the tram and take the tram (either 7 or 8) to the center.     We only stayed for one night before heading off to the airport the next morning, but it was a good night's stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable too. Plenty of restaurants just a few blocks away within easy walking distance.
