    This was a last minute booking as plans changed and thankfully they had a room. The hotel is easy to find from the motorway, the rooms as clean and comfy, there was tons of parking and the pool is huge with a hot tub. The hotel is like a campus with lots of separate hotel units - ours was a five minute walk from the main hotel. Food was buffet style and the Mauritian waiter was super friendly. Breakfast was great too.     First of all, the location is a far away place out of Dresden. You should definitely have a car or hire a taxi to arrive. Public transportation is a nightmare. By the way, the hotel is owned by Radisson Blue, so be careful when you go and find the hotel. It is big complex but nor for City horel customers but for Radisson coustomers. You have to pay both for the pool and the breakfast. Not satisfactory at all.     I booked this hotel being in a hurry. I wanted to have SPA facilities and parking space. Be careful: they are extra paid. Parking 12Euro per night and SPA 10Euro per person. Pretty expensive. And in Hotels.com it was deeply hidden in additional data. Internet page is not current and in German only. But I wasn't the only customer who hadn't noticed that payment. It's not very fair.. I will not come back to this hotel and I will watch out for this chain. The location is nice, calm and green. Parking is uderground and big. Room was simple and very clean. I liked the solution with seperate toilet and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. SPA area is quite nice with swimming pool and Finnish saunas and baths. I paid additionally for breakfast. And I don't regret. There were a lot of dishes and everybody could find something for himself. And I knew I have to pay for it before I came!     Low cost „resort hotel „ located outside Dresden. This hotel is a part of the Radisson Blu chain but way below the standard. Swimming pool is chargeable (why?), parking is chargeable (12 Euro a night), took them 4 hours to bring an extra bed although it was mentioned in the reservation. Front desk answering the calls only after several minutes of waiting. The rooms are outdated and not well maintained including mold in the bathroom.     There is not much to say about this hotel. It was average, and I would classify it as OK. Desk staff was helpful and friendly. Furnishings were outdated or we were placed in an older pavillion. Reason I chose this hotel was simply because my son and grandchildren live in Radebeul and I thought that travelling to visit my son would be easier than staying in Dresden. My trip was almost ruined by the restaurant concierge on Day 1 of my stay; she was super rude and extremely arrogant. I felt that for someone employed in the service industry, she could certainly use some courses on effective customer service. Maybe it's because I am Canadian – they say we are overly sensitive and too polite. Maybe this is true. But she really ticked me off and I don't get angry that easily! I wanted to tell her off but I don't speak that much German! So yes, average. I will not be returning to this hotel again due to that one negative experience. Next time we will give a Dresden hotel a try – transportation is so efficient in Germany would have taken an extra 10 minutes to get to my son's apartment anyhow.
