The centre of Dresden and the Neustadt are around 1 km away. The Frauenkirche and the Semperoper are some 800 m away. The Goldener Reiter and Königstrasse are around 100 m from the hotel. Dresden Airport is roughly 5 km away.

Facility

14 junior suites, 2 suites and 42 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Fabulous hotel

    This is an amazingly good hotel. Traditional decor with a striking modern art collection. Superb restaurant serving French cuisine. Extensive buffet breakfast. What marks it out is the universal quality of the staff: all are helpful and friendly. Three points to note: first, the hotel is not in the city centre. It is in the inner new town. A very pleasant quiet area, which is 15 minutes walk away from the old town or you can catch a tram on the clean and easy to navigate system. If anything, the location is a plus factor: an oasis away from the bustle of the main tourist area. Secondly, if you intend to dine in the hotel restaurant, you will need to book in advance. You cannot always guarantee a table simply because you are a resident. Thirdly, the hotel is next to the magnificent Dreikonigkirche, the bells of which chime the hours throughout the night and furthermore summon the faithful to worship at 7 am very loudly. Nonetheless, this did not prevent us getting a good night sleep.

    Our stay was amazing again like all our visits before. This hotel was in the past our first choice and will be our first choice when we will stay in Dresden in the future. The hotel is very clean and the stuff is super friendly. The breakfast is yummy and special the fancy omelette is delicious. A huge thank you to the ladies at the front desk for being so kind and helpful

    We stayed here for 3 nights for an 80th birthday for my dad. It was amazing to experience such a great service. Location is great and only a short 15 minute walk to the old town in the city. Would definitely come back!     The overall experience in this hotel was rather positive although not exceptional. The front staff was very nice and welcoming. Nice sauna and good breakfast (although cramped at « rush hour »). The room was large enough and quiet, definitely very classical, meaning not very practical in the XXI Century …. And unfortunately the double bed was made with two adjacent mattresses, which was clearly uncomfortable and surprising in a hotel of this standing. Good wifi. Parking in house.
