Located lose to its sister hotel, this hotel also lies in the historic centre of Dresden, within walking distance of many of the main cultural highlights or within easy reach by public transport. It is 750 m from the train station. The centre of Dresden and the Neustadt are around 1 km away. The Frauenkirche and the Semperoper are some 800 m away. The Goldener Reiter and Königstrasse are around 100 m from the hotel. Dresden Airport is roughly 10 km away.

    Very nice hotel but beware the closing times

    I’d give it 5 stars except for the fact that I dropped my luggage off in the morning, planning to return after dinner to check in. Well after 5 you need your room key to get into the property and after 10pm you have to be let in by the parent hotel a few blocks away. I get that this is cheaper than having a 24/7 person on duty but I didn’t even have a room key so I couldn’t even get in to see the notice about the sister property. A bit odd but once you are aware of the procedures it’s a very nice hotel.

    An excellent hotel in a very nice quiet area, a pleasant 10-15 minute walk over the river into Old Town. Tram stop also nearby. Room was spacious and comfortable, with very nice furnishings and flooring. Extra clean. Very nice, helpful staff. Breakfast was better than at other similar hotels. Non-touristy restaurants nearby.     The hotel's ambiance is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with classic elegance. My room was not only spacious and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly added to the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic breakfast. The variety of fresh, delicious options made each morning a treat, and the dining area was both cozy and inviting. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location is perfect, situated close to key attractions which made it incredibly easy to access local charming areas.     We had the most beautiful Christmas at Romantik Hotel Bülow Residenz, from 23-28 December 2023. The hotel was very beautiful, having the charming of the past. It was very beautifully decorated with classic furniture and porcelain chaneliers. It was located in a very quiet position. The breakfast hall was exceptional, also the breakfast. All staff was very polite, friendly and professional. If we visit Dresden in the future. we will definitely choose Romantik Hotel again!
