Location

This hotel is located approximately 4 km south of the city within the Europark Fichtenhain business park, and set in spacious gardens and countryside. The hotel is near to the typical districts of Uerdingen, Linn and Hüls and with the nearby A44 motorway, guests are a mere 20 min from Düsseldorf's trade fair centre and its famous historic city centre, providing some of the world's most sophisticated shops and purveyors. Burg Linn is roughly 5 km away. The motorway also allows a quick connection to Düsseldorf International airport (25 min) and Cologne - Bonn Airport (45 min).

Facility

The hotel was built recently, in 2025. 99 non-smoking rooms, including 20 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A conference room and a business centre are available. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

    super friendly and helpful staff made extra effort and offered us a Coffee-to-go as we didn't have breakfast. That was super nice and unexpected. Rooms and location is ok, if you are sensetive to noise reuquest a room to the back yard....Overall we were happy with our stay

    They didn't clean the room for 2 days. Bad restaurant with low quality of the food. Nobody cares of you. Breakfast very cheap. Absolutely no safe rules for Covid.     Great hotel. With great personel. Flexibele and homely. Great interior. Verry good breakfast with everything present. We were on our way back from the airport going home. Great stop. Near the higway and private parking. No sticker needed.     Modern and met my Needs

    I booked two rooms in the hotel for a family visit. The rooms are modern and clean. Beds are a bit harder than I want but acceptable. Breakfast offered variety and the service was good. The hotel is in the middle of a modern business park so not much charm. Forstwald is very near by where the walking is very good.

    Stayed here for one night when visiting the Messe Düsseldorf. It was a little far out, but hotels nearby are ridiculously expensive.The bed was ok, a little hard, but other than that the hotel was excellent, very clean and well equipped.The breakfast was amongst the best I have had in mainland Europe. I was really impressed.I arrived late and did not require an evening meal, but I expect this would have been difficult to source outside of the hotel as there did not appear to be much around.Uber from the airport was just over €40. Uber will not however collect you in the morning, it’s too far out. A taxi took 15 minutes to come and then €38 to the Messe.If I visit the Messe again, I would have no hesitation staying here.
