  If I could give them less than one star, I would. First off, when I arrived late to check in the kiosk in the hotel wasn't working. Had to call the after hours line for support. The first room they checked me into had no power except for the TV. Had to call the after hour support number again. Stepping back a bit...as part of the check in process, the kiosk had pay for the nights that I was staying...fine, except I was % certain this was already done on advance by my company (spoiler alert, it was...the nice young lady at the front desk confirmed this and refunded the duplicate charge).The worst part of the stay didn't even happen to me, it happened to a counterpart who was staying an additional week. The same computer that failed to see the room reservations were paid for already, also missed the fact that my counterpart was staying for an additional week. As a result, someone had gone into his room and packed his stuff up, essentially eviciting him from the room. They ultimately gave him another room. Now, mistakes do happen...and we'd probably be forgiving of this incident if the manager hadn't been so flippant about the situation. If everything in Wuppertal is booked and this is the only hotel available...do yourself a favor...there's a park bench right across the street from the hotel...you're better off staying there

  This was our first stay with this chain hotel. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The double glazed windows were effective, and we did not hear the schwerbern (suspended train), across the road from our window. There were 3 supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel and numerous restaurants and fast food outlets. We were able to get boiling water from the restaurant in the mornings to make our own coffee in the room. We had our own mugs and provisions and bought bags of ice from the supermarket. The hotel room only contains 2 extremely small paper cups, about the size you would use for mouthwash.

  We stayed here one night as we wanted to visit Wuppertal to go on the suspended railway. The hotel is ideally situated just 2 minutes walk from Landgerich station. The hotel is extremely clean & bright. We had a triple room which was extremely spacious. There was plenty of hanging space. The bathroom was a reasonable size & there were plenty of towels & toiletries. Checkout is 12pm.There’s a free car park, this isn’t huge so just be aware of this, we didn’t arrive until after 8pm & managed to find a space. There are a number of electric charging points in the carpark for those needing them. We were able to leave the car in the car park all day whilst we used the suspended railway. Just a note for those using Landgerich station, the ticket machine at the bottom of the stairs only took coins, not notes or cards, but if you go up to the platform there is another machine which does take cards. It was all very easy to use.

  Very clean, very comfortable, very well-designed, and extremely good value. Has everything you need for a comfortable night's stay. Easy to check in, simple but tasty and cheap breakfast. Close to Landgericht Schwebebahn. Highly recommended.

  Very clean rooms, very quiet, even we had a room with a view at Schwebebahn (suspended train). Very friendly staff! The hotel has a parking place. I really recommand it and if i will be back, i will stay here for sure.
