    Clean room. Only stayed overnight.

    Basic clean room. Small but adequately stocked barhroom. Check-in was quick. There were no major issues other than a window that would not stay shut. Short cab ride from the train station and a seven minute walk from the tram. The local area seems safe and walkable.

    This chain seems to have taken over hotel from another [possibly Ibis]. The overall stay was good. The hotel is clean and comfortable and is a reasonable walk to the station. Walking on further takes you to the overhead railway. Breakfast was good and the overall price very reasonable. I was travelling alone and had a good room. The reception was good and well organised. The hotel is quite near the overhead railway which can be heard if that is a bother

    I stayed in this hotel for one night, on business. The room smelled of smoke. The bathroom was functional but dirty (many hairs left on the sink). No safe. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The room was "renovated" but wasn't particularly clean, especially the carpet. The hotel is quite central, walking distance from the train station, ca. 15 minutes). I would not return to this hotel for business, especially considering the price compared to somewhat better hotels in the city. The staff at reception was polite and friendly, and the only reason I did not give this hotel a 2 star rating.

    Booked in (6 days) starting on a Sunday evening. Had previously emailed to say arrival was about 23:00 (on late flight). Outer door shut. Oh dear...another chap turns up. He phoned chum already inside who came down and opened both doors. Went inside. Reception firmly shut. Notice says shuts at 22:00. Don't panic. there's a check in machine in the lobby. Screen demands reference number that appears nowhere on the booking form. Oh double dear.....No alternative to sleeping in reception or booking elsewhere for the night. Next morning at 06:30 return to reception waving unanswered email advising my arrival time. Told that a) my reservation was cancelled as a no-show and b) the machine in the lobby was broken (and had been for some time). However rooms available (yes, mine) which hadn't been re-let overnight. Made a new reservation on the spot. Charged an early pre-noon arrival fee !! Of all the hotels in all the world that I have stayed at this has to be about the worst experience ever

    Convenient clean hotel

    Convenient for the centre with shops and museum and 5 minutes’ walk from a monorail station, so also handy for the opera house. Clean, friendly, comfortable bed, reasonable buffet breakfast. Small bar in foyer. Parking.
