  Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews.Check in quickReception/ bar area boutique style clean and welcoming Rooms big and clean ( a little hot)Beds so comfy! Best sleep in a whileStayed 3 nights with a small coach party.Stayed Friday- Monday room wasn’t cleaned or towels refreshed but did say this on information.Bar shut at 10pm but as they don’t serve evening meal it was lovely to bring hot food in and enjoy it with a drink from the bar.Bar prices reasonable Breakfast ok choices limited. The fruit salad was nearly all apple but lots of cereal choice and milk so nice and creamy. Bacon nice if you could get any small amounts cooked and a long while to replenish.Staff in reception area exceptional and friendly whereas the restaurant staff never smiled and looked fed up. Such a shame as this is a lovely hotel.No staff after 11 never experienced this before but emergency number provided at check in.Big supermarket behind hotel and small shopping area. A few takeaways the grill was nice fabulous kebabs! Did pizza burgers and lovely staff and very reasonable priced.   Very convenient for centre of town, rooms could be checked better.

  Room size was reasonable and bed comfortable. Fan in room didn't work, and despite reporting "couldn't" be replaced.Underground Car Park was welcome but costs 15 euro a night, and seemed to be a place where locals congregated to drink beer - although wasn't threatening and didn't experience any issues.   Worst service experience

  I travel for work every week and I had the worst service ever in this hotel. My flight was delayed and I arrived late, to my surprise that the hotel was closed after 23.00 and no one of the emergency phones were working. My only way in was through a college who was sleeping at the hotel (and had to share the room with).Hotel claimed to have sent a code to my email that I should have received to go in (which I never did). I guess I paid for a scape room instead of for a hotel (they charged me). But the worst part is that you have no access to anyone after hours, no phones, no one available, lights shut down.This hotel is a big risk, as, if you are out of the hotel after 23.00 you can't go back again, as codes not working neither emergency phones. On top, no personnel. I experienced that when my colleague opened for me and we had to help another guest who went out and was locked outside.My question to the hotel is, what happens in case of emergency or problems? What if a guest is locked outside, should call the police?Poor service, dangerous emergency policies, unfriendly attention at breakfast, parking closed, really bad amenities, noisy, no air conditioning,.... List is endless.

  Lovely hotel Large, comfortable bedroom, excellent choice for breakfast and good beer at the bar. Only downside was two buses arriving at the same time overwhelmed the two reception staff and a lengthy wait to check in

  Comfortable stay, but missing AC

  Our stay was comfortable in total, but a missing AC is a no go today. During cold seasons, this is no problem for sure, but it can be in summer.The staff was friendly, the garage right beneath the hotel is not too expensive (9€ per night) and the room was refurbished and comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't refurbished, it looked a bit outdated with some minor damages. Cleanliness was ok, the bathroom wasn't prefectly clean upon arrival.The location in the heart of Grevenbroich is good, there are several shopping ooptions, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
