    Stayed at this hotel from the 4th of November till the 5th of November. When you park your car, it is street parking. At a cost of ten cents every four minutes at a machine on the street. Unfortunately, every time I tried to put more than €4 in it,it Rejected my money so have to go a few times to make sure the car had valid parking, When I asked at the hotel if there was another way of doing it (ie like other hotels , you pay the hotel for parking and you dont have to go back very hur and pay again) I was informed by the boss of the hotel that he hadn't bought the street outside and I was being tight and didn't want to pay for parking so when I told I would be writing a review to worn people about the parking situation the boss of the hotel flipped out with me and tried to kick me out of the hotel so if you stay There be very careful and don't ask any questions Good luck

    Very nice hotel for a 3-star!Friendly and smiling staff. Perfect breakfast and free parking just outside the entrance. Good value for the money!Would absolutely recommend. We would return with no doubt another time!

    We stopped here in December 2016. We were visiting friends in Hagen and then travelled by car to cologne for the day - an easy commute. The rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. There were staff on reception around the clock who were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great visit.

    This hotel is handy for the train station. The room I stayed in was clean and well appointed. The breakfast bar upstairs was adequate and the food was nice.Staff were available around the clock at reception.Overall, good value.Negatives- No Gym/Bar

    +Clean+Helpful staff+Very nice breakfast; the variety was more than ok for a 3 star hotel +Location; 250m away from the central train station in Hagen which serves many locations in Germany and has also connections with Prague, Warsaw and Amsterdam.-No refrigerator inside the bedroom-Small room-Τhe blanket size was rather small compared to what I'm used to but I guess it's something common in German hotels since it was like that in Munich as well...
