    Generally ok. Very kind service. The years are already visible. The worse is breakfast in this hotel. I have never eaten so tasteless breakfast, especially scrambled eggs: fat and salty.     Brilliant hotel, excellent location for the music venue westfallenHalle which was a short walk over the bridge. Our room was very big and very quiet. I would definitely stay again!!     This hotel has it all! The rooms are great! Clean and modern. Great water pressure for the bath and shower! The breakfast was fantastic!!! Not only did everything look fresh, there was so much to choose from!!! Dinging room/restaurant welcoming and warm design! The staff are very helpful and so friendly!!! We want to thank Marcel in particular, you know why 🙏🏻❤️ we came to visit Düsseldorf for the Christmas markets, the public transport is excellent and just outside of the hotel! We will definitely come back when in the neighborhood again!!     Excellent hotel and service. Stayed for two days on a business trip. Very clean and well looked after hotel. I didn’t eat in the hotel apart from the breakfast which was good with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and had no issues with any of their services.     Dorint Neuss appalling experience

    This Hotel is appalling. An absolute rip off. Firstly it feels more like a factory than a Hotel. Shockingly everything in the Hotel is closed on a Sunday (which they never called out when booking). You can't even get a cup of coffee. It's meant to be a Hotel with paying guests. How can you have guests and not offer food and drink. On top of that if you stay for three nights you get one bottle of water in your room. One bottle for your entire stay and they charge you €6 per bottle if you want another one. By the way you also only get one very small bath towel and one face towel in your room. My advice, never book with the Dorint group and absolutey never stay in this hotel. This cost me €291 per night.
