    I would like to thank all the hotel staff in The Hampton by Hilton Dusseldorf City Center, The staff worked so hard to achieve the highest standards. Really we enjoyed with quality of services and food breakfast , we will return back soon, I sure recommended The Hampton by Hilton Dusseldorf City Center, I can`t find a perfect words to appreciate this hotel.     A very uncomplicated and easy to use hotel, just a few minutes walk from Düsseldorf Hbf which made it perfectly ideal for the purpose of my stay while visiting a friend for the night. Amenities were more than adequate but the main selling point was the attentiveness of the staff. All were very friendly and courteous at all times, especially when on the day of departure there were many international train cancellations and so a lot of guests (including ourselves) who had already checked out then returned to the hotel to wait rather than hang about a very chilly train station. To single out any individual would be unfair as everyone was absolutely lovely. The staff are the face of the hotel and they represented the brand perfectly.     The only good thing about the hotel is that is very near to train station and the personal are friendly . Thats all!Small room, no minibar, no water…To shower, you will have you bathroom completely wet ! I became sick because the air conditioner can’t be turned off . The receptionist told me that “YES - just press the bottom “ but after the 3 days asking them to help me with the low temperature they finally told me : it’s not possible to turn off ! If you want to have your room warmer , they offer you an extra blanket or a tee.and if you allergic to air conditioner , maybe they call an ambulance if you collapse . If you open the window to get fresh air , you can’t sleep with the noise.No bar.Breakfast very standard .I will definetly never book this hotel again .     I have more than 30 stays in Hilton properties in 2025 and hands down Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf City Centre is the best 🌟Khaoula (front desk) was especially amazing! She is very kind and courteous. She offered directions and recommendations on where to eat. Every one has been so friendly and helpful.If you are looking for a great location that offers accessibility to trains & buses with a friendly staff this is a must ! It’s also very quiet which was a pleasant surprise.     DONT stay here!Not family friendly, we spent an hour waiting for a suitable room then presented with an entirely unsuitable room.... we adjusted the bed to move near wall to try make it work so that toddlers would be safe and not fall out as they have no bed rails. They enter your rooms in the day and dont actually clean or change bed clothes(for sustainability they will tell u..why they came into room then i don't know?), threatened us for moving a bed, took pictures of our room and our own private possessions without our consent. Worst experience ive ever had. I gave my feedback to hilton about this and they didnt even feel obliged to respond.I also need to avoid potential customers about he druggies outside the bedroom windows sleeping rough! I had a guy who offered me "blow" as i walked out the door of the hotel one eve also....
