This elegant luxury hotel centrally located close to the exhibition centre, the international airport and centre of Düsseldorf with its many sights of interest and shops. The famous Königsallee and the old town can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The Rhine's promenade is also within easy reach of the hotel. The hotel provides a good base from which to visit the enchanting castle ruins of Benrath and Kaiserswerth.

Facility

The hotel has 372 rooms, including 9 suites, 13 single rooms and 90 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Great service at Hilton Dusseldorf

    We were celebrating a special birthday and decided to visit Düsseldorf. We chose this Hilton location due to its proximity to the city centre and the reviews we read. The front desk team was extremely friendly, in particular Amad Murga, Front Desk Manager. When he learned that it was a special occasion, he upgraded us to a suite on the executive floor and sent up a bottle of wine. Later on, in the executive lounge, an employee helped me secure some cake from the kitchen, as everything outside was closed due to a holiday. This team made our stay extra special, and we will certainly stay there again. The executive lounge was not the best one we've been to, but the team was friendly, and the offering was decent. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and public transportation is around the corner for easy access to the city centre.     Bad experience! Ordered room with a crib which we did not receive, after talking with receptionist we did get one, personal who brought really smelled like sweat, like really bad. We still didnt get pillow for kid. Also shower was leaking, and it was extremely hot in the room, even though AC was set to 18 degrees. Just terrible experience, next time not coming with them.     Staff just couldn't care less

    Clean rooms, but rock-hard beds, and couldn't sleep Called down and asked for some sort of duvet or something to soften it, but staff "couldn't help". Requested the same the next day - the front-desk folks assured me they'd put something on the bed to make it softer. But, they did nothing. Further requests were essentially a shrug. At checkout, though i mentioned i was truly unhappy and had two nights of bad sleep, they apologized, but clearly didn't care - didn't offer a discount, points, or anyting else.Unfortunately, this hotel is NOT up to hilton quality. The staff is not trained to care aout customers or their experience. In this case - a Platinum member - who will never stay there again.     Excellent Stay — Completely Renovated, Modern Rooms

    I recently stayed three nights at the Hilton Düsseldorf and had a very positive experience.I had read some older reviews mentioning outdated rooms, but I want to clearly say that this is no longer the case. The construction and renovations are finished, and the rooms are now modern, clean, and very well updated. My room felt fresh, stylish, and comfortable — definitely not what some past reviews describe.As a Hilton Gold member, I was warmly welcomed and received a complimentary upgrade to the 11th floor, which made the stay even better. The room was quiet, spacious, and well maintained, with modern furnishings and a very comfortable bed.Another highlight was the full breakfast included with my Gold status. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, and great coffee — a perfect way to start each morning.The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and helpful, from check-in to breakfast service. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcome.Overall, this was a great stay and I would absolutely recommend the Hilton Düsseldorf. If you’re seeing negative reviews about old or outdated rooms, those appear to be from before the renovation — the hotel is now modern and very nice. I would gladly stay here again.
