  The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, remember if you sign up for Holiday Inn rewards which is free you can have yoir room early and a 1400 check out. Hotel is a 15 minute drive from The airport, around 16 Euro in a Bolt.Its a 20 minute walk from Altstadt, but it is a pleasant walk through the gardens and the modern area.Rooms are comfy and showers are excellent.The breakfast was excellent, the cooked breakfast was very good as were the fruits and cereals.The WehrHahn station is 5 minute walk and there is a small close by shop.Only reason for 4* review is that we stayed for 3 nights, no change of towels and the beds werent changed nor was the room cleaned.   An Ideal Hotel for Business Travelers in Düsseldorf

  This hotel in Düsseldorf is perfect for business travelers. Situated within walking distance of the Altstadt district, it offers convenient access to both meetings and leisure activities. I stayed there to attend an exhibition at Düsseldorf Messe, and it was extremely easy to commute from the hotel. The property boasts modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, maintaining high hygiene standards. The staff is courteous, professional, and always ready to assist, enhancing the overall guest experience. With its welcoming atmosphere and prime location, this hotel is an excellent choice.

  Great location, extremely modern and clean, gym facilities lacking slightly

  Lovely, modern Holiday Inn very close to the Airport (20 mins in taxi, €20 in an Uber, train station very close by). Only built 5 years ago it has all the modern facilities you would expect including bar, little grocery shop in reception (expensive though), car parking, restaurant and a business centre to print off work documents and do some work. All in all very clean and modern decor.Staff speak perfect English and were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities for the breakfast were very clean and modern (automatic pancake maker anyone?)The gym was a bit of a let down unfortunately, I chose this hotel as it was the IHG hotel with the best looking gym in the area as I was visiting for work. This may have been true but still it was quite poorly equipped.The heaviest dumbell was 9kg, there were some kettlebells but I didn't check those. There was a cable machine but without a weight bench it severely limited what could be done with it. Some heavier dumbells and a few weight benches would have made the gym much more functional. There were a few cardio machines (cycles, treadmills etc) but no weight machines.The area behind the hotel is a lovely park with great spaces for children to play and to go running which is a real benefit especially in the nicer weather. This is probably one of the nicest holiday Inns I've stayed in despite the gym.

  Worst Buffet Breakfast

  This is the worst buffet breakfast I have had on my trips around the world. Scrambled eggs were clearly laid out a few hours ago, tasteless pastries dis-interested staff. In general a very bland hotel in the middle of nowhere.If you are looking for food I recommend going into Town.   A Quick Stop Over

  My flight was cancelled due to bad snow, so I booked in here very late that night. Very good service, and the staff were very attentive. Managed to get a meal very late, the food and service was good, five minute drive to the airport by taxi, so good location.
