Location

This hotel is quietly yet centrally located near the historical centre of Neuss. To get to the Old Town of Düsseldorf it takes only a few minutes’ drive. The Old Town offers countless options for dining out. Bars, shops and tourist attractions are all to be enjoyed nearby. The main train station, only around 1 km away, can easily be reached by taxi or public transport links, accessible right outside the hotel. Düsseldorf Airport is also not far away, around 13 km from the hotel. The most important motorways (A57, A46, A52) as well as the trade fairs in Düsseldorf and Cologne can quickly be reached.

Facility

220 rooms, including 4 junior suites, 47 suites, 11 apartments, single rooms and 157 double rooms, are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, crazy golf, golf and horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts are offered banana boat rides. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Ski passes are available locally. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, squash and aerobics. Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    I’m a regular visitor here and the reason I keep coming back is the wonderful service and great staff. From a late night check in through breakfast to check out absolutely every staff member has been wonderful. This should be a poster hotel for the IHG group!!Breakfast, without doubt is one of the best I’ve had globally. Waiting staff get to know you and after a short while you’re greeted by name. This to me is priceless. Staying away from home regularly can be hard and you folks make it so much nicer!Thanks folks for making this stay, and all the previous stays wonderful!If you’re looking at reviews thinking shall I the answer is YES!!     I am delighted this hotel has listened to feedback and re-activated the fridges in the rooms! Aside from this the beds are comfy, the air conditioning is amazing, shower is powerful!     Stayed here again for another two nights this week. Upgraded again! Hotel has great staff and special call out to the barman who after a few visits knows what I drink and always greets me with a smile and a hello.Breakfast is wonderful, great selection, especially love the smoked salmon. Again, staff are so helpful. If all hotels were as good as this, travel would be so good.

    Clean and spacious rooms. Its location is very good if you have a car; the centre of Düsseldorf is relatively close by and you avoid much of downtown traffic. Parking is ample in the area (at least on weekends when the nearby office buildings are empty). Another business-traveller-oriented hotel that's a safe choice with no surprises.I would only mention that the beds make no sense. Two single beds joint together; if the two people staying in the room are not a couple, they'd rather not sleep next to each other; if they are a couple, they need a double duvet, not two (very) narrow single ones. So I'll take a star off because of that. Small detail but small details make the difference.
