    My room was really clean and very quiet. I stayed here for a week and there was no noise at all throughout my stay. There was a large choice of breakfast items and all bread, fruit, etc. was fresh and tasty.Reception staff were very happy to answer the random questions I asked during my stay. My bedroom had an extra bed in, which I did not need, and I asked for this to be removed which happened really quickly and without any fuss.     We stayed here for a few nights when visiting for the euro 2024 football tournament. The hotel was ok, it was right out of the way of dussledorf centre and we had to get a cab to and from each day. The hotel bar was pretty good, the breakfast was terrible.     We stayed here for the euros. The rooms are tidy and have everything you need. Nice comfy beds. Steady walk into the old town and other areas with bars and restaurants along the way. Friendly staff for check in and check out. Great visit.     Absolutely spotless and super friendly staff, the food was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing all you can eat for a fantastic price, would highly recommend,pillows we're a dream so soft and great sleep, maids were fantastic, I asked for more cups and coffee she put double the amount I asked for, reception staff 24 hours a day and help you with all your needs above and beyond.     Hello,I wish for all when they book a hotel to be very careful,I forgot my apple watch in the room that we booked it no.142 , and after 30 minute from checking out I called the hotel and the women in the reception answered, said that they will check, then after couple of minutes she called me and said they couldn't find it .I went there to check , and the room was cleaned also the room was already given already to their new guest . I asked the staff again and they said they searched but it was not there and checked again in the tracking app of apple , it shows the location of the watch which is (the Hotel location) .that's really first time happened to me and I'm shocked .I couldn't get my watch until now ,so I hope you better be careful .Thank you
