Location

This rooftop penthouse hotel is located above central car park number 3 at Düsseldorf International Airport. It is just a 1-minute walk from the airport terminal and the suburban train (S-Bahn) station on line 7 offers convenient access by public transport to the nearby exhibition centre (3 km) and the city centre (6 km). The airport's Skytrain monorail service takes passengers every 5 min to the airport's mainline station, from where all IC/ICE trains depart.

Facility

The hotel has 2 lifts and features 200 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand.     Perfect Airport Hotel Experience

    I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Düsseldorf Airport Hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and I especially appreciated that the windows could actually be opened for fresh air — something you don’t always find in airport hotels.The location is excellent, with direct and very easy access straight into the airport, making travel completely stress-free.As a Gold member, I was kindly given access to the lounge, which was a great added benefit. There was a nice selection of drinks throughout the day, and during breakfast and lunch hours there were small but very enjoyable light bites available.The staff were warm, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Lara and her team for their excellent hospitality and for making the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

    Continent airport stay but for a price

    As all of the other travelers have mentioned this hotel is really continent for early airport travel. You basically cross the airport into a parking deck and take the elevator upstairs. The main lobby area offers a M-club lounge and a restaurant. The rooms are spacious with the bed being real comfortable. The carpets in the room were clean, no issue there. The bathroom , was ok, the hotel needs to invest in the new modern walk in shower as opposed to a bath tub concept. This was my only downfall. I also did notice that the prices for dinner and drinks were inflated, but this is expected when you are staying near the airport. Overall good stay

    The hotel was okay for one night. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well after many hours of travel. However, the carpet needs to be cleaned or better yet exchanged. All in all the room could have been cleaner - especially the toilet. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was okay but the price a bit over the top.     Because we had an early flight we decoded to take a hotel direct located at the terminal. As expected from the Sheraton everything was very good. Nice clean room and friendly staff.We also had the breakfast which was complete.Only one thing to mention, we took some drinks at the bar, and were a little surprised for the price of a glass of wine, it was euro 11,50 per glas.
