    As a regular BW customer, I booked my stay for a couple of nights for New Year's Eve, being convinced that Best Western is a logo that offers quality. I was totally wrong.This hotel is crap, the only 2 stars are for location.The room 503 must be closed and never offered for booking.Although they state that the room is thoroughly cleaned, it is simply not true.The the floor, pond bottom, on the window side of the bed was cleaned 10 years ago, greasy and dirty.The fridge had some remaining food from a previous guest and last but not least: the bathroom was full of mold around the window as well as in the shower. The walls were covered with some kind of plastic tiles and a part of them were close to fall down.Not to mention the noises: you can hear the farts of all your neighbours and the best part is the elevator, which will wake you up everytime some one slaps the door.The worst hotel I've stayed in my life and the worst one in Germany so far.Stay away from it.

    Only hotel available near the main station at acceptable prices when staying here 1 night. But that price was indeed just about acceptable. Hotel is very basic and outdated. Elevator stems from 1955. Interior is functional. Bed was rather comfortable but room not the cleanest. Stains on the carpet, beverage stains on the night stand which I cleaned myself with a towel. And when I found some woman‘s clothing on the hanger behind the bathroom door. Interesting. Plus the safe was locked. So alltogether, not thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Breakfast was ok but that breakfast room shows the same cosiness like the rest of the hotel. Summary, not my choice again should I next need a hotel in Dusseldorf again

    Unprofessional service, asked for 15€ charge to get invoice.

    We were there for the BOOT weekend this past January 2025 and they refused to change the invoice details to the company name when the reservation was made by company card. They asked for a 15€ charge to change the name. Very unprofessional customer service.

    Old hotel with full old stuff and poor soundproof

    Old hotel with full trem sound., and they only give ear plugs for the solutions with smiley notes 😁 The tv can't be used. Elevator small and very old. The room dont have aircon, you will be suffer on summer, tje did provide dusty fan as well. The carpet under the bed dusty as well.

    The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the railway station.Everything else is relatively good.I don't complain about small things.But the Hotel needs a good renovation, in order to have such prices.Even today it is difficult to find a good hotel with a good price.
