    A very nice and lovely hotel, conveniently located near the center. The room was comfortable, offering plenty of space and all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine, water heater, and reliable Wi-Fi. Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful (special shout out to Ehab and Precious). I would definitely stay here again, both for business and personal travel.

    Only stayed one night whilst on a short trip for Euro 2024. The hotel feels fresh with nice clean rooms and is just a short distance from the tram. The public areas are bright and well decorated and the staff we met at both check-in and generally were very welcoming and efficient. We stayed over a weekend so it was very quiet as its is primarily in a business location but I wouldn't hesitate in returning if I'm ever in the area gain.     Stayed here during an event in Dusseldorf for 4 nights. Check-in was confusing. Had to wait at least 15 minutes. There was a group checking in and that did not went well. There was another staff member that helped but nobody asked be to be patient. Finally it was my turn. Although I booked through the app and being a member I had to fill in all the forms (name, address, mail and so on). Do not understand why because as a member you should have all information. There was no greeting because I'm a member. After waiting for half an hour I could go up to my room. It was fine but unfortunately on the street side. So I could not open the window at night. Breakfast was good. Why was there no toaster? Reception staff did never greet, even when I said hello. If you have a big car it is difficult to enter the parking due to a brick wall. Next time in Dusseldorf I will stay somewhere else. There was no :wow" feeling in comparison with other hotels I stayed in Dusseldorf. Not my best IHG experience.
